During this period in both companies he performed in numerous creations and repertoire by Itzik Galili and Krisztina de Châtel, alongside creations and repertoire by Stephen Shropshire, White Horse Collective, Mark Baldwin, Stijn Celis, Stephen Petronio, Hélène Blackburn, Juan Carlos Garcia and others.
He worked as a freelance dancer from 2011 to 2018, during which time he collaborated with INNE|Iván Peréz, OffProjects/Amos Ben Tal, Connor Schumacher, Anouk Van Dijk and Falk Richter, Ben Duke/Lost Dog, Itamar Serussi, Mark Bruce Company, Javier de Frutos and Mor Shani.
Christopher Tandy has worked internationally as a rehearsal director, creative advisor, repetiteur and guest teacher for companies and educational institutions including INNE/Iván Pérez, Song of the Goat Theatre (Poland), Zfin Malta Dance Ensemble (Malta), Rambert Dance School (UK), Rotterdam Dance Academy and De Amsterdamse Hogeschool voor de Kunsten (Netherlands), National Dance Company of Wales (UK), Mark Bruce Company (UK) and Kazan Opera Ballet (Russia). He has created his own choreographies including A Modern Virus, One and Two, Occam’s Razor, Helena and Running Backwards.
He joined Tanztheater Wuppertal Pina Bausch as a permanent member of the ensemble in 2019.
